Bó͘ (chin siū-khı̀ ê khoán-sit, siang-chhiú chhah-koh): “Bô--ah. Lí cháu khı̀ tó-ūi? Kui chá-khí lóng bô khoàⁿ-íⁿ (khoàⁿ-kı̀ⁿ) lâng !” Ang (chı̍t ê chin kiaⁿ bó͘ ê lâng, sió-khoá-á kín-tiuⁿ): “Bô--lah. Goá khı̀ chhı̄-chèng-hú niâ.” “Khı̀ chhòng siáⁿ?” “Khı̀ chhâ chı̍t hāng tāi-chı̀.” “Sím-mı̍h tāi-chı̀? Kín kóng !” “Bô--lah ! Bô sím-mı̍h--lah !” “Bô sím-mı̍h ? Lí kín kā lín thài-chó͘-má láu-sı̍t kóng. Nā bô, m̄ pàng lí soah !” “Hó !
